About Asakana

Restaurants send orders to food distributors by email, text, and photo. Someone at the distributor retypes every one of them into the ERP. Asakana does that entry instead: orders land in the ERP already entered, and anything unclear goes to a person before it goes in. Live at US seafood distributors today, returning 40%+ of order-desk time to selling. Founded by a seafood distributor and a Gemini builder.
